Day 4

Some may think this does not involve writing...boy are they wrong! One of my favorite things about scrapbooking is journaling. I love writing the story of my family.

I've had a subscription to Creating Keepsakes for YEARS! It has been one of my favorite go to magazines for scrapbooking for a long time. I still enjoy it, although I do admit not as much. It seems to have gotten thinner, and they've reduced the amount of issues. Economic crunch and all you know? On top of that, there are tons of ads! I like ads about new products...but I like layout ideas, journalling tips, techniques to try, and organizational information more.

Yet, I still receive my CK - they've not lost me completely...yet. I keep thinking if I hold out long enough, they'll get back to the basics, back to the thicker magazine and back to the monthly issues. So I keep praying for the economy and for CK to survive during this time.
